- Intake form submissions — your name, email address, project description, timeline preference, and add-on selections.
- Email correspondence — messages you send to us during scope discussion and project delivery.
- Payment information — processed exclusively by Stripe. We do not receive, store, or have access to your full credit card number.
We do not use cookies, tracking pixels, or analytics tools on this website. We do not collect IP addresses, browser fingerprints, or device information.
3. How we use your information
Your information is used solely to:
- Evaluate and respond to your project inquiry
- Confirm project scope and communicate during the build
- Deliver the finished application and related materials
- Process payments through Stripe
We do not use your information for marketing, advertising, profiling, or any purpose beyond fulfilling the service you requested.
4. How we share your information
We share your information only with the following:
- FormSubmit — processes intake form submissions and forwards them to our email. See their privacy policy.
- Stripe — processes payments. See their privacy policy.
- GitHub — hosts source code repositories delivered to you.
- Cloudflare — hosts this website and delivered applications.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third party.
5. Data retention
We retain your intake form submissions and email correspondence for the duration of the project and for up to 12 months afterward for reference. Payment records are retained as required by applicable tax and accounting laws. You may request deletion of your data at any time by emailing us.
6. Your rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your data
- Object to or restrict processing of your data
- Request a portable copy of your data

We use commercially reasonable measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), secure third-party processors, and limited access to personal data. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10. Children
This Service is not directed at individuals under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have collected information from a child, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
